Jennifer Mondoux, Chief Talent Advisor
Jennifer’s passion is helping leaders find, assess and develop senior talent, to help their organizations succeed – and to help them sleep better at night. She is a coach, advisor, facilitator and entrepreneur, as well as the founder and chief executive officer of MondouxRollins Partners Inc., a retained executive search and leadership consulting firm, with offices in Ottawa and Toronto. She and her team help leaders of evolving organizations through the frustrations and triumphs of growth and change, and partner with their clients to solve their toughest talent challenges.
The firm is also an Everything DiSC Authorized Partner, and Certified Everything DiSC Trainer, providing solutions and tools to help leadership teams build more effective working relationships together.
Prior to launching MondouxRollins Partners, Jennifer was the Managing Director at Waterstone Human Capital. In this role she led senior executive seach and leadership consulting assignments across Canada and the U.S. At Waterstone, she was also Vice Chair of the Canada’s Most Admired CEO Awards, and Chair of the Growth/Small Cap and Broader Public Sector Committees for the Canada’s Most Admired Corporate Cultures program. She joined MacKay CEO Forums in 2015 and is a member of two peer groups in Ottawa and Toronto. She is also a member of the Board of Directors of the Royal Ottawa Foundation for Mental Health, a Table Captain for the Royal’s Leaders for Mental Health Breakfast, and a member of the Royal’s Inspiration Awards committee.
Jennifer is a writer, content producer and video blogger and is frequently asked to speak to organizations on the topics that inspire her every day – around talent, leadership, people development and organizational culture, and the myriad of challenges and opportunities within. She is fluently bilingual.
Jennifer holds a Bachelor of Arts Honours degree in Political Studies from Queen’s University and a Post-Graduate Degree in Journalism from Ryerson University. She attributes her skill in executive search in part to her journalism degree as it taught her how to dig, ask the right questions, and get to the source – fast, all while building meaningful connections. A mom of two, Jen, as she is known to most, doesn’t mind winter as she loves to ski (and, somewhat antithetical to her personality and to her DISC profile, she chooses the wide-open green runs). After a 20-year detour to Toronto, Jennifer and her family moved back to the Ottawa area (where she grew up) in 2014.
